Hi, I’m Kathy,

In 2020, my husband and I purchased our first home; let’s just say, it needed a little love. It was a charming home built in the 1970’s, but as you can imagine, the charm had worn off a bit and the house was in desperate need of a make-over. Not only were we dealing with 1970s wallpaper that did not work with my design ideas, but there were also some serious repairs required. We took this as an opportunity to completely re-make this house into our dream home.

Countless hours were spent researching materials to use, construction partners and trades that were needed to help bring my visions to life. Not only did I learn about home design and construction in this process, but I also gained an appreciation for construction sequencing and project management. I found myself asking thousands of questions that I had never thought of before but learned from each one of them. While it was overwhelming at times, I truly fell in love with the challenge of designing all the details to achieve both beautiful and functional spaces.

With my first re-model under my belt and an incurable itch created, I’ve helped numerous friends from small room designs to complete remodels. I realized that my remodeling experience could be something to share with others who might need some help too.

I approach each project with a keen understanding that your space should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also functional, comfortable, and a true reflection of your personality. I enjoy working with my clients to help them discover their own vision and love seeing the awe on my client’s faces when they see their dreams come to life.

Let’s talk about cost for a second. I’m truly passionate about finding the best materials and products for the best prices. My strong suit is finding materials that look more expensive than they actually cost to help bring that elevated look to the space but still stay within budget. With that said, I like to help client’s think about costs as they fit within your own parameters. Getting the job done well and for a great price is the goal.
